Acacia Homecare Portland provides high-quality visiting care and live-in care services to individuals and families across Portland and its surrounding communities, supporting people to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in the place they know best — their own home.

We work throughout Fortuneswell, Easton, Chiswell, Underhill, Grove, and Southwell, as well as nearby areas connected to the island. We support people living close to well-known local landmarks such as Portland Harbour, Chesil Beach, Portland Marina, Tout Quarry, Pennsylvania Castle, and Portland Bill Lighthouse. We understand how deeply connected people are to their local surroundings and community, and we value the role these familiar places play in everyday life and wellbeing.

Our services are flexible and tailored to each individual. Support may range from occasional visits during the week to full-time, 24-hour live-in care. Every package of care is developed around the person’s needs, routines, preferences, and goals, helping people to maintain dignity, independence, and a sense of control in their own home.

The service is led by owners Sunny Patel and Hardkumar Gor, whose experience in the care sector has shaped a culture of professionalism, compassion, and accountability. They are supported by a dedicated team of trained care staff who deliver care in line with individual care plans, risk assessments, and best practice guidance.
