Her leadership is centred around delivering compassionate, person centred care while maintaining exceptional standards in safeguarding, compliance, staff development, and clinical oversight.
Donna works closely with clients, families, and care professionals to ensure every individual receives safe, dignified, and tailored support that promotes independence and wellbeing.

Dee has been a valued part of Acacia Homecare for over 10 years, supporting clients and families with compassionate guidance, clear communication, and dependable day-to-day support.
She works closely with clients, relatives, and the wider care team to ensure every care journey feels personal, responsive, and reassuring, while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
As a Dementia Friend working closely alongside the Alzheimer’s Society, Dee is passionate about improving dementia awareness and support within the community. She also hosts monthly dementia information sessions attended by individuals and families from across the country, helping provide education, guidance, and reassurance to those affected by dementia.

Meet the Founders

Twelve years ago, Sanj and Minal founded Acacia Homecare with the vision of providing the best possible home care services in the community.

What started as a small venture has now grown into a trusted care provider with offices in Northwest Surrey, Reading, Stockport, Southampton, and more locations on the horizon.

We’re proud to have raised over £20,000 for charity, winning the Spelthorne Business Award for Best Corporate Social Responsibility in 2021.

However, our biggest achievement has been our carers, the Acacia Angels. Our dedicated office teams and Acacia Angels have embraced our values and vision, consistently delivering the quality of care that every individual in our community deserves.

We are incredibly grateful to all those who have supported us over the years, and we look forward to continuing our journey of providing outstanding care to those who need it.
