Book A Free Assessment

Our friendly Customer Lead will visit your home when it is convenient for you and take their time to understand your needs.

No Set Up Costs

We are ready to start your care package as soon as you are and there are no set up costs involved.

Flat Rate 365 Days

Have peace of mind that throughout the year, regardless of when we provide your care, we do not charge different rates for evenings weekends or public holidays.

24/7 Support

Although our office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, be rest assured that we also have an call service that you have access to should emergencies arise.

On Going Care Plan Review

Here at Acacia, we understand that care needs change and we regularly review car plans to ensure you are receiving the care relevant for you, including increase or reducing your support.

Other Services

You may not realise it but we may be able to offer support in other areas such as picking up and delivering mediation or help to find a suitable handyman or gardener.  Just speak to a member of our customer care team and they can advise you.
