When developing our flagship office, we realised that there were many tasks, processes and aspects of running a small business that were difficult to manage due to our size. We therefore developed a collaborative approach from not only the head office, but also the flagship business to ensure that any franchise owner would not face these obstacles in their own business.

Acacia homecare has developed its own support, training and development package and is delivered by the team that not only wrote it, but also experienced & developed it from the start of Acacia Homecare.
We know that starting your own business can be an exciting yet daunting experience, so we ensure that our high class training and support services are there for you from the moment you join Acacia Homecare.
It is important to know that our training and support is not limited to the initial training when joining us, but ongoing training and support through the running of your franchise business. Our training and support includes, but is not limited to Marketing, Recruitment, IT, Accounting and Administration and is delivered through not only classroom training, but also E-learning, workshops, and practical experience with other professionals.
Our franchise owners have the freedom to develop their own business knowing that the support from the Acacia Homecare team are alongside them whenever they want us.
Acacia Homecare have developed their own E-learning platform that is available to all franchise owners to help train their staff and raise awareness of the care industry.
